HAIRBOX warrants only to the original end user that the products and parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty periods. Warranty periods to be determined commencing upon the date of invoice to the end user.
NOTE : Warranty does not covers international purchase.
WHAT MAY VOID WARRANTY?
The limited warranty shall be null and void in the following circumstances:
- Unexpired items, improper use or installation, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or damaged by negligence and accident by the end-user or third party; or
- Modification or repair by the end-user or any unauthorised service provider; or
- Failure to use only genuine parts approved by HAIRBOX; or
- Failure by the end user to follow the Return Appointment Process set below.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?
Please contact us to arrange your return. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a returns authorisation number and all the necessary information to arrange the return. Please note that If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Please package the item securely and ensure the all necessary documents are included inside. The returned goods/products will be checked with those documents together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, we will initiate a replacement or refund to your account. Customer will receive their refund or replacement within 14 working days after the confirmation. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. However, the refund will be credited to your Personal account as store credit. The store credit can then be use on your next purchase.
WILL YOU RETURN MY POSTAGE COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We are happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our mistake. For instance:
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is defective or damaged
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unsatisfied. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a courier service that insures you for the value of the goods.
